Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for providing services by Biofeedback Clinic Biosync located in Warsaw, ul. Sarmacka 25/34.
Using the Clinic's services means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
- Clinic - Biofeedback Clinic Biosync
- Patient - person using the Clinic's services
- Services - biofeedback therapies, QEEG diagnostics
- Session - single therapeutic meeting
3. Scope of Services
The Clinic provides the following services:
- EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback)
- QEEG Diagnostics
- Therapeutic consultations
Services are therapeutic and supportive in nature. They do not replace medical treatment and are not medical services within the meaning of healthcare regulations.
4. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked:
- Online through the booking system on our website

- Via WhatsApp
- By email: gabinet@biosync.pl
A booking is confirmed upon receiving confirmation from the Clinic.
5. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show, the Clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the appointment value.
The Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, informing the Patient in advance.
6. Pricing and Payments
Current pricing is available at biosync.pl/en/cennik.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- BLIK
- Bank transfer (for packages)
Payment is made after the session or in advance for service packages. VAT invoices are issued upon request.
7. Service Packages
Session packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, unused sessions expire.
Packages are personal and non-refundable or transferable to another person.
8. Therapy Process
Before starting therapy, the Patient is informed about the session process, methods, and expected effects.
The Patient agrees to:
- Arrive on time for appointments
- Inform about current health status
- Inform about medications taken
- Cooperate with the therapist
9. Contraindications
Services may not be recommended for certain health conditions. The Patient is obliged to inform the therapist about any health problems before starting therapy.
10. Liability
The Clinic makes every effort to provide services of the highest quality. However, we do not guarantee specific therapy results, as effects depend on many individual factors.
The Clinic is not responsible for damages resulting from the Patient concealing important health information.
11. Personal Data Protection
The rules for personal data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email to gabinet@biosync.pl or in writing to the Clinic's address.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
13. Final Provisions
The Clinic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.
Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.
